Today I thought I would have a meeting at the Swedish Lifesaving Association Gothenburg but I had written the wrong day in my calendar but I when I showed up some lifeguarding buddies where there doing the CPR-Challange so they challenged me, which they came to regret.
The CPR-challange is that you once a month are doing the CRP for 2 minutes in on a connected training device that measures the quality of you CPR. The goal is to reach 100 % if not already from the start so by the end of May. But its also about being better that the other once participating. When I did it 12 people had participated this month and my result for January was 86,15% which from now on is highscore and the result to beat.
So a lot of training from now on until next month, the goal is to beat my result from this month. So why do I do this. Simple if/when I will come into a situation where I need to perform CPR on a friend, relative, family member, co-worker (its most probability its some you know) or someone else I want to give the as high quality CPR as possible.
Have you done a CRP course?
So a while ago I saw the latest Jack Reacher movie and I just have to start of my saying that I really like Tom Cruise as an actor he always delivers. In fact he might be one of my absolute favorite actors. However that was not what Inentirely thought I would write about. I like the actors okay but Cruise and the young girl really makes something of this move. The story is a Lee Child story and he is one of my favorite authors so it’s good but but as good as the books.
It’s action packed as you expect it to be. The stenography is good. As well as the photography that tends to be action based in my opinion. So I would recommend this movie!
Last Saturday I went to the musical singin in the rain at Folketeatret in Oslo, Norway.
Stenography is classic old Hollywood which all feels obvious but possible and beautiful and tasteful. In fact it really make and impression and I thought it was great.
The actors where good and in general I think they where real good and delivered what I had expected and the guy playing Cosmo had great timing and the one who really made the difference if you ask me.
So what about the music, I can just say it’s a classic and it’s old but good. This must be the mother of all musicals and even this one is in Norwegian it’s great and I highly recommend it!
This weekend has been a bit more intense tha usually because I had to get back earlier today to Sweden. In order to celebrate my dad who turned 55 earlier this week. Where a nice party and I got to see my sister for the first time since Christmas.
So what have I done more this weekend? Friday I drove up to Oslo and my girlfriend G where at a film shoot and came home after me so I had some time to watch 2 episodes of the Tv serie breakout kings. And than we had some wine and just hung out.
Saturday we drove to Brovoll which is about a 1 hour drive north of Oslo into the maountains and went cross country skiing and it was so calm and peaceful and the nature where just amazing so at one point I just had to stop just to enjoy the quiteness, amazing. And the view where stunning lite a winter wonderland.
Later that night we drove back to Oslo and went to see Singin In the Rain at Folketeatret. Great musical and great show which ended a great day.
Last weekend I started trading with stocks. I’ve been thinking about it for a long time and now I thought was the time to get started. This week has initially started out negative but I’m in it for the long term and think it will turn around, it usually do. I’ve been introduce to a service called Sigmastocks that I’m tring out, so far its pretty new to me so I will come back on how it works out for me. Super excieted for this and monitoring my stocks almost every day right now. Right now I’m however only trading on the Swedish market. Do you trade with stocks? Any advice for this, please share it.
So past midnight and way past my bedtime my I just can’t sleep. I really have to try harder after I posted this.
After work today I’m heading back to Oslo again for the weekend but it will be a much shorter trip than usually because I will celebrate my dads birthday back home I Sweden again on Sunday. So I should get the opportunity to try out my new camera more then.
Plan for the weekend is to hang out with my girlfriend G and go skiing and that’s about it. What’s you plans?
