This is among the coolest places I’ve been to lately and definitely the coolest and best food court/market I’ve ever been to. The place is an old warehouse building with a lot of foodtruckish stand that ll serve dishes from different places in the world. Italian, Thai, Chinese, American, Middle east and so on. And in the middle is the tables and the seats so all could sit together even if you want different dishes.
Great selection and but I tried the duck burger which where amazing and the fries with oregano which where to much oregano but okay. The duck truly where real great.
However, the experience in it self and the selection made me just want to come back. They also have a pretty cool outside area just by the water where you can enjoy the amazing view. Its cool setting, perfect for lunch and brunch or just something to eat spontaneously. Its affordable among the best prices I’ve seen in Oslo for this kind of food so highly recommends it!

After living in Norway for 3 years and traveling I’ve got to know a lot of great Norwegian beers and even if I just getting started I thought that I would share my Top 3 Norwegian Beers with you.
1. Nøisom Brewery Bonfire Blonde
An amazing light well balanced beer that was something I didn’t even know I wanted or liked. A must if you get the opportunity to try.A pale ale craft beer from a Brewery in Fredrikstad founded by three friends a couple of years back with money from their aunts. As thanks they dedicated one of their beers to them, buts that’s another story. Today they are making among the best beers in Norway. This a great pale ale that I highly recommend.
2. Kinn Brewery Gamleguten
A classic ale with just the right kind of character and something for all ale fans out there. This is fact the only Norwegian Brewery that I actually visited. The brewery is located in the city of Florø which the westernmost city in Norway. Gamelguten is an old ale which is my favorite so far from this brewery. But I really hope to try more from Kinn. By the way the brewers pub down on the main street by the harbor is great and would fit right in anywhere in the world. World class!
3. Nøgne Ø Blonde
A well balanced perfect light colored beer for summer days. Tried this last summer and this is as the other once a great beer. This beer comes from the micro brewery in Grimstad called Nøgne. This is a brand that I’ve seen in a few more places than the other breweries on the list but don’t let that dirsturb you this is a truley great and a must try beer.
Did you really think Norway where a good beer country? I for sure didn’t but is real impressed and looking forward to try more Norwegian beer within the future.
Any recommendation on other great beers from other countries?

It’s true, I’ve been blogging for 5 years this month. As you might know I’ve been more or less active in the blog during different period but it’s always a thing I love doing.
So, I’ve stared to look back five years in my phone and honestly was surprised by what’s happened during the last five years. I’ve finished university, got engaged, traveled, got married, lived and worked in Oslo for three years and moved back. A pretty crazy journey when I look back on it. Found a lot of photos in my photo library and not sure they ever been posted on the blog earlier but just to show some that’s happened during the last five years.
By the way I can highly recommend going through the last 5 years of photos. Changes perspectives a bit. I know the last five years have affected me deeply and hopefully mainly for good.
Please leave e comment below on what you’ve done the last five years?
About a month ago I had my first real photoshoot as a photographer at John Dee nightclub in Oslo, Norway. Which is pretty awesome and I got 3 new gigs that I’m working on with friends but there is a little planning left.
However my first gig where a concert photography for my favorite party band in Oslo, Norway called Awesomesauce (Check them out here at Facebook or web page here). Honestly a great party band especially if you grew up during the 90’s or 00’s.
Got a call a few days before the concert where they asked me if I would like the work as their photographer during the concert. What’s pretty awesome is that I got almost complete access which where real cool to get that close to the band and the audience. So just hade a few days to prepare but it was awesome. Here is the result and please leave a comment below about which one is your favorite photo and what you think about them.
