Second day waking up in Levanto right outside the first Italian national park which is Cinque Terra National Park. Read somewhere that it was founded in 1999 that’s pretty late for me as a Swede where the first national park opened in 1909.
However yesterday it was just me and my girlfriend G that where hiking and we hiked between Riomaggiore to Manorola and then to Corniglia. All beautiful places but today the plan is to hike between Corniglia and Vernazza together with G’s family that arrived this morning. And before we leave for the hike it’s time for some lunch.
By the way now the hike is done and added some photos from the day here.
Last weekend my to be in-laws are here (my girlfriend G’s family). And Saturday we went Nordic skiing near Solli Gård (Gård=farm). Went all together for a rather easy trail but as always here in Norway with beautiful nature. One of my favorite things about this country. Afterwards we stopped by a cafe at the farm and had some hot chocolate. Tasted real good then.
Not so much photos on the blog lately but I’m experiences a few problem when I try to upload them but I’m working in the problem. This is really important for be right now because I just transferred a lot of pictures from this summer to my Mac and super excited to share it with you.
I also updating my iOS units right now and preparing them for the Apple event next week where I expect iOS9 to all my devices. And I really hoping for a new iPhone as well.
Last night I finally got some time to play around a little bit with the new Photos application in OS X on my MacBook Pro. I just scratched the surface of it because that’s all the time I got with it in 30 minutes. A lot of possibilities is what I can see but wheren’t very impressed with the auto functions.
However the design of the applications is as always very beautiful and almost perfect even of this leads to some getting used to when looking for different functions that are a bit more advanced.
Have been trying to post this for a while now but today I finally got some pictures in from the trip into this post. This is about the weekend in Copenhagen two weekends ago.
It’s was a great weekend in Copenhagen for me and G. We arrived rather late at Friday evening and checked in at the hotel and then went out for a short walk and got something to eat. In this case it was a classic red Danish sausage.
Saturday started off by breakfast and then we got ready for the baptism of some friends daughter in Lund, Sweden. Took the train to Sweden which where very easy to do and worked perfect an took less than an hour. The baptism where beautiful and it where a traditional Swedish baptism in the church and afterward it where some Coffe and cake and we got to socialize with our friends. After that we had a short walk in Lund and had some lunch.
After that we headed back with the train to Copenhagen and Denmark. For a little walk in Copenhagen and then some dinner at the restaurant Madklubben Bistro-de-lux. Then the day where pretty much over since both me and G where rather tired after the day.
Sunday where mainly a shopping day but also to walk around a little bit. After that we headed out to the airport and did some tax free shopping and just relaxed until our flight for Oslo left. A great weekend where we visited all Scandinavia countries.
Great weekend and really like Copenhagen so would like to go back soon again. Then I hope to write some reviews of restaurants and so on as soon as I get the time and post them here on the blog.
By the way I nerver thought I would say this but I love Copenhagen.
I’m no professional even if I would like to be but I’m trying become as good as possible. So I’m regularly reding for advice and good tips in books and at blogs. Do you have any good blogs, YouTube channels or books to suggest. As you can see I bought a new book this weekend in order to get some tips and try to get better.
Time magazine is a fact a good source of inspiration but I also like the read it a lot.
Today where the first time in a few days where I went to work in nice weather. That’s just a great way to start off the day. Everything get so much easier when it nice weather.
After work I went for a walk with so where out almost one and a half hour. Nice to just walk around a see the city.
Also rather nice weather during the evening walk. Here are some photos from the walk today.
Yesterday evening I took a walk here in Oslo in the beautiful Sunday weather that apparently are long gone today. However was it an beautiful evening last night while I walked the the Frogner park and took some photos. Just with my iPhone but anyway.
That was just what I needed. Here is some of the photos, enjoy.
Sunday and the weather has been great here in Oslo so rather early me and G got out of the apartment and went cross country skiing out in Songsvann here in Oslo. Same route as I did alone last Saturday but the weather was much better today and nice to have company. Skied 11 km today and very pleased with that.
Have a lot of energy today and where beautiful out in the woods today. That is probably one if the things O learned the most from living in Norway to get outdoors and out in the wood. It has also awaken an interest for cross country skiing that I never really had at this level earlier. With that I done day I’m very good but I think it’s a lot of fun.
