This week I’m hanging out in Stockholm Sweden on a work trip so the days I spend in Solna south of Stockholm on a course. However, the evenings I try to do something yesterday I vistaited the museum of photography and walked around old town and the castle. Tonight I had dinner at Södermalm and SoFo. It’s a chill and hip district and I think is valued as one of the coolest districts in the world. And it’s cool and very different from a lot of other places I’ve visited. Trying to take photos and to instagram and blog.
First of all why am I always get extra security control in Sweden and Europe when it’s so rare for me in the US? Could I look so much more friendly in the US maybe.
So up extra earlie this morning think that alarm went of at 04.30 just to be sure. Maybe a bit overkill but it didn’t bother me.
So a drive to the airport with almost non existing traffic on the highway. Why all of this? The explanation is that I’m today are flying up to Stockholm for two days of education with the construction company I work for. It’s an introduction and one work environment course. Looking forward to both.
So guess the day will be pretty full of stuff but really don’t know what to expect.
By the way I’ve listened to Chase Jarvis Live podcast today and the interview with Richard Branson which was perfect for my 1 hour flight. Highly recommended!
The Swede Alfred Nobel founded the Nobel Prize and this week have all of the prizes been announce even if the prizes are handed out in December.
All of the prizes are announced in Stockholm in Sweden except one. The Nobel peace prize are announced in Oslo, Norway. This year the prize went to last years favorite Mallala, the young girl that work hard for all children’s rights to go in school and the importance of education.
I’m no expert but I think this is a good choice.
The announcement where done in this building today. It has also a great museum over all winners and it’s definitely worth to visit if you are in Oslo.
